Across the street from the NDSU Library lies a White Arts and Crafts Style Home. Originally created for Sigma Phi Delta the Engineering Frat on Campus, The Herd Home is the newly remodeled home that is a rentable space. With two living rooms, two study rooms, a full sized kitchen, a communal bathroom, two half baths and eight bedrooms, this space is available for any students looking for their own place not too far from campus.
